Pursuant to section 82 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Minister of Transport is pleased to reappoint
Garry Leslie Evans
as the Maritime Appeal Authority for a term of three
years commencing on 1 January 2008 and expiring on
31 December 2010.
