Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, I have appointed
Andrew John Anderson (known as John Anderson)
as a member of the board of the Crown Health Financing Agency for a three-year term of office commencing on
13 November 2007 and expiring on 12 November 2010.
This appointment was made by way of written notice to the member (with a copy to the entity), pursuant to section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
