Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 February 2007, which
was granted under those Regulations to Elizabeth Pakai
in respect of Raroera Te Kakano Early Learning Centre (30076), situated at 510 Te Rapa Road, Hamilton Central, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
