Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner for Caversham School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 September 2007, No. 102, page 2761) and appoint
Paul Spain
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Caversham School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
