Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hamilton District Court
on 24 October 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Mitsubishi V3000 Super, Registration No. NW2989.
Against: Kaleb Benjamin Healy.
1993 Nissan Skyline, Registration No. ATD109.
Against: Daniel Patrick Lawson.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 957 7700) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
