Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Palmerston North District Court on 15 November 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1992 Nissan Skyline, Registration No. YW6444.
Against: Kenneth James Jobe.
