Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 August 2007, which
was granted under those Regulations to Cindy Paul
in respect of ABC Developmental Learning Centre Mosgiel - Rua (80042), situated at 54 Bush Road, Mosgiel.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
