Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 December 2005, which
was granted under those Regulations to Mahara Haitana
in respect of St Lukes Mokopuna Apii (34103), situated at 8 Kelso Street, Tokoroa.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
