Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 July 2006, which
was granted under those Regulations to Vaine Hosking
in respect of Te Uki Tamariki Ou Cook Island Early Childhood Centre (80040), situated at 6 Lockerbie Street, Corstorphine, Dunedin.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
