Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Wairarapa and appoint
Hineihaea Murphy
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of
Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Wairarapa are vested in
the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
