Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court on 1 November 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1989 Mazda 121, Registration No. OH5012.
Against: Peter Lawrence Benge.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 968 6500) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
