The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 October 2007, No. 112, page 2996, stated incorrectly that
Linda Constable
was appointed as a member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority.
The notice should have stated
Penelope Hulse
was appointed as a member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for a three year term of office commencing 15 October 2007; along with members
Andrew Pearce
Toni Owen
Gregory Sise.
