Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990,
I, John Gibson Bradbury, Acting Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited to authorise the airline to operate up to 14 services per week between Hong Kong and New Zealand using any aircraft type.
This variation will take effect on 8 October 2007.
