as members of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for three-year terms of office commencing
15 October 2007; and
pursuant to clause 1, Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint
Alastair Patrick
as deputy chair of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for a term commencing 15 October 2007 and expiring 21 June 2008.
