Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 May 2000, which was granted under those Regulations to Ron Huata in respect
of Tauparanui ki Heretaunga Kohanga Reo (55149) (8C043), situated at 1 Maraekakaho Road, RD 5, Hastings.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
