Pursuant to clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Energy appoints to the Electricity Commission Board (as established under the Electricity Act 1992)

as chair for a term of three years commencing on 8 October 2007 and expiring on 7 October 2010; and
pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, also appoints
David Francis Caygill
as a member for a term of three years commencing on
8 October 2007 and expiring on 7 October 2010; and
Richard John Bentley
David John Bull
Linda Susan Constable
as members for a term of three years commencing on
10 November 2007 and expiring on 9 November 2010.
