Pursuant to section 11 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I reappoint
Geoff Fougere
as a member to the National Health Committee for a
one-year term of office commencing 22 October 2007; and appoint
Associate Professor Pauline Barnett
as a member to the National Health Committee for a
three-year term of office commencing 31 December 2007; and appoint
Dr Dale Bramley
as a member to the National Health Committee for a
three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and appoint
Dr Te Kani Kingi
as a member to the National Health Committee for a
three-year term of office commencing on 22 October 2007; and appoint
Carmel Peteru
as a member to the National Health Committee for a
three-year term of office commencing on 21 January 2008.
