Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 19 September 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1986 Mazda 323, Registration No. DKC746.
Against: Shane Kyle Barlow.
1990 Ford Capri, Registration No. YQ4390.
Against: Iola Mary Griffin.
1991 Mazda Cronus, Registration No. CHR912.
Against: Matthew Wayne Findsen.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
