Pursuant to section 5(1)(b) of the State Owned Enterprises (AgriQuality Limited and Asure New Zealand Limited) Act 2007, a direction was issued to AgriQuality Limited on
17 September 2007 by shareholding Ministers revoking, with effect from 1 October 2007, the earlier direction of
30 July 2007 which directed AgriQuality Limited not to provide export red meat inspection services.
