Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 October 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Beth Newbold in respect of Karori Kiddycare (60290), situated at 15 Tiro Street, Karori, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
