Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 May 2006, which was granted under those Regulations to Randall Hippolite
in respect of Takapuwahia Te Kohanga Reo (64019) (09B010), situated at Te Hiko Street, Titahi Bay, Porirua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
