Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 12 September 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1976 BMW 525, Registration No. LA4607.
Against: Justin Anthony Gordon Phillips.
1986 Mazda Familia, Registration No. ST9491.
Against: Zane Michael Husband.
1989 Mazda Familia, Registration No. WZ9978.
Against: Shane Anthony Cole.
1993 LandRover Discovery, Registration No. TG3592.
Against: Cameron Charles Pickering.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
