Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 3(2)(b) of the Valuers Act 1948, I have appointed

Kenneth Ross Taylor
as members of the Valuers Registration Board for a term
of three years commencing on 11 October 2007 or for such lesser time as the board remains in existence.
The appointment of

is made on the recommendation of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
