Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hawera District Court
on 14 August 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1993 Toyota Corona, Registration No. DMW998.
Against: Vicky Froma Niblett.
1998 Mitsubishi Legnum, Registration No. DCN111.
Against: Karl Mathew Lurch.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 278 2080) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
