Pursuant to section 95 of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education,
I hereby determine the following composition of the board of trustees of Sommerville School:
? Between three and seven parent elected representatives;
? the principal;
? one elected staff representative; and
? up to four trustees co-opted by the board.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
