Clause 2 of the Education (Domestic Students) Notice
2007, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 June 2007, No. 64, page 1686, is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and inserting the following paragraph:
“(b) A person who is the holder of an unexpired
Limited Purpose Permit granted by Immigration New Zealand for the express purpose of determining his or her immigration status.”
