Pursuant to Article 6 of the 1991 Agreement between
New Zealand and Australia Concerning the Establishment of the Governing Board, Technical Advisory Council and Accreditation Review Board of the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand, I am pleased to reappoint
Michael Charles Willing, of Wellington
as a member and vice-chair commencing from 3 September 2007 and expiring on 31 December 2007; and appoint
Michael Charles Willing, of Wellington
as a member and chair for a three-year term commencing from 1 January 2008 and expiring on 31 December 2010.
