Notice Title

Corrigendum—Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 5) 2007 (No. F404)

In the notice with the above heading, dated the 4th day
of May 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
10 May 2007, No. 50, page 1348, in clause 2 please replace clause 2(d) with the following interpretation:
“the area/rohe moana” means all those waters in the
Bay of Plenty enclosed in an area described by a line commencing at the mean high-water mark at a
point (37°58.1'S 177°25.6'E) on the shore, and then proceeding along a straight line in a northerly direction to a point (37°55.3'S 177°25.6'E), and then proceeding in an east north-easterly direction to a point (37°53.6'S 177°30.9'E), and then proceeding in a straight line in a southerly direction to a point (37°55.6'S 177°30.9'E), and then along the mean high-water mark to the first mentioned point. The geographical coordinates named are in terms of the WGS84 datum.
