Pursuant to section 5(1)(a) of the State Owned Enterprises (AgriQuality Limited and Asure New Zealand Limited) Act 2007, a direction was issued to AgriQuality Limited on
30 July 2007 by shareholding Ministers directing AgriQuality Limited not to provide export red meat inspection services.
