Pursuant to sections 89(6) and 90(4) of the Retirement Villages Act 2003, the Minister for Building and Construction gives notice of variations to clauses 11(2)(a), 50(9), 50(10), 50(11), 52(3) and 52(4) of the Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2006.
The variations to the Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2006 shall come into force on 25 September 2007.
The Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2006 (including all variations) is available for viewing and downloading free of charge on the Department of Building and Housing website
