Pursuant to section 54 of the New Zealand Superannuation Act 2001, His Excellency the Governor-General of
New Zealand hereby appoints
David May
as chair of the Board of Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation for a term commencing on 1 September 2007 and expiring on 31 August 2012.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand this 15th day of August 2007.
