Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hastings District Court
on 9 August 2007, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1995 Nissan Skyline, Registration No. ANE895.
Against: David Ross Hosking.
1997 Toyota Cynos, Registration No. DAU427.
Against: Danielle Marana McCormack.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
