MVD 248/06Decision No.: Wn. 12/07 Garry Cliff (trading as Magnum Prestige) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $3,347.94.
MVD 4/07Decision No.: Wn. 14/07 Avon Rent A Car Limited (trading as Avon Percy Rent A Car) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,064.12.
MVD 12/07Decision No.: Wn. 19/07 Inch McLellan Motors Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $9,845.00 plus costs of $200.00.
MVD 22/07Decision No.: Wn. 13/07 Leon’s Cars Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser capital payments, plus interest, plus compensation of $590.00. Trader is responsible for uplifting the vehicle following payment.

MVD 89/07Decision No.: Ak. 67/07 John Andrew Limited (trading as John Andrew Ford and Mazda) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $43,975.00. Trader ordered to collect vehicle at its own expense from the purchaser following payment.

MVD 100/07 Decision No.: Ak. 70/07 Northern 4X4 and Commercial Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $8,800.00.
MVD 104/07Decision No.: Ak. 73/07 Shore 2 Sell Limited (trading as Shore 2 Sell) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,700.00 plus costs of $310.15. Trader ordered to collect the vehicle at its own expense within 7 days of the date of the order.
