1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product ruling No. 07/04 was issued on 23 March 2007.
It relates to the application of various provisions of
the Income Tax Act 2004 to the operation of the International Equity Index Fund. It will appear in Inland Revenue's Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 19, No. 8, of September 2007.
