Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 1 August 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. RZ4870.
Against: Heath Douglas Hawtin.
1989 Holden Commodore, Registration No. BUC932.
Against: Brett James Ahlfeld.
1993 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. ZX8610.
Against: Taniela Salesi Pousini.
1993 Toyota Corona, Registration No. SK1913.
Against: Dmitriy Matveev.
1998 BMW 318TI, Registration No. CMC635.
Against: Tzu-Jung Tseng.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
