Pursuant to section 129N(4) of the Immigration Act 1987, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand was pleased to appoint as members of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority:
Bruce Llewellyn Burson, of Auckland
Charles Martin Treadwell, of Auckland
for terms commencing on 1 July 2007 and ceasing on
30 June 2010; and
Margaret Lesley Robins, of Auckland
for a term commencing on 6 September 2007 and ceasing on 5 September 2010; and
Rodger Phillip George Haines, Q.C., of Auckland
for a term commencing on 1 October 2007 and ceasing on 30 September 2010; and
Sarah Louise Murphy, of Auckland
for a term commencing on 1 July 2007 and ceasing on
30 June 2008.
