Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Christchurch High Court on 5 July 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1988 Ford Falcon utility, Registration No. NW2500.
Against: Scott Andrew Swarbrick.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4440) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
