Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 October 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Caroline Sainty
in respect of Amazing Place Preschool (40101), situated at 155-157 Clayton Road, Rotorua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
