Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 25 July 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Holden Camira, Registration No. NQ2997.
Against: Hemi Tahumataa Tau.
1990 Ford Fairmont Ghia, Registration No. PH5914.
Against: Stephen James Barr.
1990 Nissan Laurel Medalist, Registration No. TL1268.
Against: George James Hoeflich.
1998 Subaru Impreza, Registration No. DUY291.
Against: Jeremy Kevin Tukaki.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4132) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
