Pursuant to sections 4 and 57 of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint
William McLeod Wilson, Q.C., of Wellington
to be a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand and
a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand to take effect on 1 February 2007.
