Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed
Ross Tanner
as a member and chair of the Board of the Crown Health Financing Agency for a term of office commencing on
20 July 2007 and expiring on 30 June 2008.
This appointment was made by way of written notice to the member (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28(2) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
