Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the North Shore District Court on 28 June 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1989 Mazda 626, Registration No. AJP426.
Against: David Robert Jennett.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (09) 916 5761) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
