Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hawera District Court
on 5 December 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1986 Toyota Cressida, Registration No. MR8904.
Against: Jason James Healy.
1988 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. XU2954.
Against: Phyllis Nepia.
1989 Honda CRX, Registration No. WI1813.
Against: Ross James Benge.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 278 2080) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
