Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Napier District Court
on 11 July 2007, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1989 Honda Integra, Registration No. DTK624.
Against: Daniel Edward Hawkins.
1994 Mitsubishi Diamante, Registration No. ZD8058.
Against: Rose Lorraine Hubbard-Walters.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
