Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Palmerston North District Court on 12 June 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1999 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. BQB503.
Against: Macey Walker.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 952 6269) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
