Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Pukekohe District Court
on 27 June 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Nissan Cefiro, Registration No. TI8721.
Against: Joel Robert Kendrick.
1989 Holden Commodore, Registration No. OF3113.
Against: Tuterangianini Kukutai.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (09) 237 0140) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
