Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 February 2006,
which was granted under those Regulations to Sunniva Zoete-West in respect of Caprice Major Minors (55385), situated at 4 Trelissick Crescent, Ngaio, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
