Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94(2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 1/07Decision No.: Ak. 19/07 G.M. Car Wholesalers Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $500.00 plus any capital payments and any insurance refunds.
MVD 10/07Decision No.: Ak. 50/07 Autozam Wholesale Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,500.00.
MVD 33/07Decision No.: Ak. 42/07 Mega Motors Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,500.00 plus any capital payments.
MVD 65/07Decision No.: Ak. 49/07 Thoroughbred Autos Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $10,000.00 plus costs of $100.00.
MVD 73/07Decision No.: Ak. 53/07 Online Vehicle Auctions Limited (trading as Oval.Co.NZ.) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $25,810.00.
MVD 77/07Decision No.: Ak. 56/07 Windsor Motor Coy Limited (trading as Windsor Motor Company) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $642.30.
MVD 86/07Decision No.: Ak. 84/07 Voyager Holdings Limited (trading as Money Mart Direct) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,914.83 plus any capital payments and any insurance refunds.
MVD 114/07Decision No.: Ak. 80/07 Escrow Holdings Fifty Limited (trading as Millars Car Centre) Ordered that the trader reimburse the purchaser compensation of $200.00. Trader to repair the vehicle within 14 days of this order. Trader to repair the front left doorsill or pay the purchaser a further sum of $300.00.
