Pursuant to Regulation 13(1)(b) and (2) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 August 2006, which was granted under those Regulations to Amalaini Legge (now Amalaini Ligalevu) in respect of Viti Centre
Pre-School (10315), situated at 2 Cole Place, Te Atatu South, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
