MVD 193/05Decision No.: Ak. 166/05 Darren Holdings Limited (trading as Anderson Toyota) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $13,000.00 plus compensation of $2,501.75 plus any insurance refunds plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 194/05Decision No.: Ak. 49/06 Discount Cars Limited (trading as Wholesale Autos) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $1,500.00 plus compensation of $168.75 plus any capital payments and insurance refunds plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 289/05Decision No.: Ak. 027/06 Eurosport (Parnell)Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader ordered to pay the purchaser $24,000.00 plus compensation of $3,106.16 plus any capital payments, insurance refunds, and costs of $50.00.
MVD 22/06Decision No.: Ak. 031/06 Wholesale Cars Direct Limited Ordered that the trader carry out repairs to the window winder units and air conditioning unit at no cost to the purchaser plus costs of $50.00.
